Intro Meeting: Buy&Hold Properties (Side hustle)

Dominic Pangallo
Posted

Hello all,

I am reaching out to welcome any and all feedback on the topic of starting a real estate venture with partners. We are planning on sitting down in the coming weeks to get each others opinions on the idea of real estate and if it is the right path for us. I would say we all have a pretty good understanding on the housing industry and our local markets but have never been in the buy and hold area ourselves.

We have mentors who have been in the buying and flipping stage for many years and also the buy and hold phase. In all, we are looking for any advise when buying our first property and what specific aspects of the process to focus on a little more in depth than others.

All responses are much appreciated!
