Ready to Begin my REI Journey
Hi everyone, for the last 2 years I've been reading books, listening to podcast, and saving money. I'm at a point where I feel ready to purchase my first property. I've talked to a couple of realtors but I haven't found one that has real estate investing experience. I'm looking for a realtor that has some REI experience so they can help me and guide me a little more to purchase my first property. I wanted to see if anyone knows a realtor in the San Diego area that could help me out. I'm looking to buy a 2 or 3 bedroom condo in San Diego.
I've been talking to a couple of lenders and I've received a couple of pre-approval letters but if anyone knows a good mortgage broker/lender let me know! I would love to connect with them as well.
Thank you everyone!
