Hi all,

I am a few weeks away from closing on my first duplex. I do have a 8-5 job that requires some travel. Does anyone have handyman recommendations for the Pittsburg area? I will be managing the property myself. I want to have a back up for when I am gone and need someone to visit to handle an issue. Any ideas or creative ways to solve these issues when I am away?
