Hello! I am a 19-year-old looking to get started in real estate, I have a decent amount of capital but I know I will need to leverage creative financing to grow my portfolio fast. If anyone in the area is a real estate investor I would love to connect, Also if anyone has any tips, education or advice it would be greatly appreciated.
