Starting as a foreign national
Hi,
I am a foreign national from Europe and I have been living and working in Los Angeles for about 4 years. I have cash, about 80k. And I make about 150k a year. I am wondering if it is possible to invest in this situation (with regard to loans) or if I should wait to get a green card (I am in the process of doing one with my work). If I do, it'll probably out of state. Any advice for someone like me ?
