How to break into Real Estate without Owning Properties

Posted

I am 24 years old and I am starting to learn about real estate investing through books and podcasts. I am really excited to start this journey, but I am not in a good position to own properties at this time unfortunately. I will be moving around the next couple of years and I would not want to start my investing journey away from my property. However, I do want to start getting first-hand experience in the industry and learn as much as I can, so I can be ready to own and manage my own properties when the time comes. Therefore, what are some of the best ways I can gain first-hand experience in the industry without owning properties? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
