Investing with Friends
Myself and three other friends are looking to pool our money together and start investing in real estate together. The initial plan was to start an LLC and start accumulating properties over the years.
However after doing research it seems like this can effect my ability to buy my first home (I have no plans to live in the house we buy together), and it will be hard to find lenders with 4 of us buying a property. And the whole idea was to give us more capital for investments but I can essentially do the same thing alone with smaller down payments on homes.
Does anyone have any success or horror stories on investing with friends? Thanks!
