Auction Foreclosures & Lenders

Hi, I’m fairly new to investing, however I own a home interior design and full renovation contracting service.   I’d like to buy properties to flip and either rent or sell, and I was wondering if anyone with experience could give me some advice.

🍍Are there lenders that can finance a live auction, and how does that work?

🍍Please give me overall tips into real estate investing, and what is the most profitable with regards to ‘flipping and designing’ homes.

Thanks!!

Jennifer
