Hi my name is Tamika and I'm new to this site I would to become a real state investor so what bring me to this site is to find out more information on how to start out I have a friend that is looking to buy a house and ask me for help I think because he new I was taking a RE agent class so I ask him what he was looking for how he planed to buy and what areas he wanted to buy I'm just not sure how to help him and make this a deal for my self as we'll so I'm asking for some advice I live in nor CA San Francisco Bay Area
