Real Estate Tax Strategist

Hello Everyone,

I am a new real estate investor who currently have 1 Long term Rental property in my portfolio. I am motivated to build my portfolio.

I have seen a lot of video and google forums on difference between a tax strategist vs CPA.

How Short term rentals have tax advantages over Long term rentals as I am also a W-2 earner.

Any recommendations or guidance from those who have worked with a tax strategist and benefited from the tax saving from real estate investments to help continue to build portfolio while maintaining W-2 income???
