Careers that work with real estate

Hello, I’m brand new here and wanted to ask a question.

I just turned 18 and am wanting to make it big with real estate investing (Multi family and Commercial)

I’m looking for a better job at the moment, something more specialized and that will work well with real estate investing. My first thought was a carpentry job/ interior design because the interior design of a home or building greatly affects the value. My plan is to start a Carpentry business of my own along with investing in real estate and possibly have those work together like having my business work on my properties instead of hiring a different one. Now that I’ve said that my question was is there a better construction job or other job to go into that will better suit real estate? Such as an electrician or engineer, plumber etc.  Preferably something i can scale into a multi million dollar business.
