Best markets for rent by the room strategy?
I'm interested in the rent-by-the room strategy. Ie buying a single family or multifamily home with several bedrooms and renting them out individually. What are some of the best markets where demand for individual room rentals is high and where cash flow for this type of setup is strong?

I currently rent by the room in Florida, specifically in Orlando and Jacksonville and my properties tend to have an occupancy of 90%+ occupancy all throughout. Im currently using PadSplit as the platform for co-living and will be onboarding 4 more properties at the end of this month.
