Newbie! Learning to Fix and Flip.

My first post since joining BP in 2017,  I have watched many BP videos, listened to many BP podcasts and now decided to try the pro plan as I actively commit to executing my real estate investment goals.

I'm trying to learn how to analyze Fix and Flip deals,  any and every help is welcomed and appreciated.
