general & professional liability

Are there any national companies that you can mention by name that insures the business of investing; general liability for when you're out and about looking at properties or whatever you're doing for the business, professional liability if a prospect, buyer or seller or whoever says you advised them incorrectly or that kind of thing?  Especially that would insure liability exposures for wholesaling, assigning contracts, flipping.  Also would the company also insure the wholesale properties for if you have them for only a day or 6 months?  Most of the searches I've done come up with companies that appear to insure you if you buy a property and for your liability at that property only.
