Looking to an Education Course to help me launch my Real estate investment business.

Good Afternoon BP, 

Over the past four months I have been reviewing countless youtube videos, podcast, and open forums for real estate investments. I am ready to make the leap in starting my own Real Estate investment business. I want to start with Wholesaling to gain capital to eventually buy my own properties at scale to buy and hold. Want to build generation wealth. 

I have seen paid courses from Pace Morby, Astro Flipping Jamil Damji, etc. These courses seems very specific so I want to see if someone has taken a course that helped them start a Real estate investment company covering maybe aspects of the REI Business. Open to discuss these options with anyone.

I also started with some paid courses to learn. What really get deals and jumpstart my business, is when I decided to hire experienced VA who showed me the rope to get my first deal and following deals. Still with them and we're making 2-3 deals

I noticed that pace Morby mentioned leveraging VA's which I feel have great benefits. I mainly want to have a mentor to help me get my Company off the ground. Learning the ropes to have a great foundation and then movE into different markets.

What courses did you take? Also, VA website to interview candidates? Thanks Marie!

It's actually in a package where I got a lifetime access to mentors who guided all along the way. The VA's are already well-trained and experienced in the business so a big help for me as a newbie. I'll send you the details might can help you as well
