Using private money to fund flips or BRRRR
I am contractor new to real estate investing and have looked into funding flips using hard money, but I have contacts who have expressed interest in investing privately as well. I'm trying to figure out my best option and am looking for any insight in how to structure deals/agreements with private money lenders who also may be new to the space. Any suggestions or insight would be extremely helpful.
