Hey everyone!

While doing some research about certificates or courses I could take to expand my knowledge on the Real Estate and Finance world I ran into the Real Estate Financial Modeling (REFM) Course and the Real Estate Finance and investment Certification (REFAI). I have been doing a ton of research today about this two certifications and I was wondering if anyone has heard or completed this courses? What is something you learned from any of this certifications that was of service to your real estate career? Was it helpful when applying and finding jobs? Is a Bachelors degree needed to enroll in the REFM or REFAI?

Thanks everyone!
