Multi-Unit Property Search

Hi,

I live in south Florida and I'm looking for a multi-unit property to House Hack. I have been using websites such as Realtor.com, Zillow, and Loopnet.com but my search is not going well. Are there any other websites out there to help with the search or is there an Agent with access to the MLS that can assist me with the search?

@Elie Merisier Be careful of all of these post saying "get an agent". Nationally there is a 75% failure rate in the first year and its even higher in FL. There is a low barrier to entry and high commissions, meaning you get a lot of people that will tell you anything to buy a place. As for searches, your issue is that multifamily is going gang busters right now. There isn't much on the market and anything that can be house hacked 1-4 units are getting premium pricing. Zillow, Crexi, and loop noet are probably your best bets.
