Searching for South Carolina Markets

Hello Bigger Pockets community!

I currently have one duplex in PA but am interested in expanding to different states. I have heard South Carolina is a good place to start, but am curious what specific markets are best. I am looking to buy multifamily properties with little to no renovations needed. Would love any input!

Thank you!

@Keeley Harbin Welcome to the BiggerPockets community!  We do not have many multifamily opportunities in the Myrtle Beach area, but if you decide to get into vacation rentals or new construction this is a great market.  Best of luck!
