Is there a nickname for living in a house for 2 years and then selling it. Then buying and living in it and rehabbing and then selling the house in 2 years. Is there a nickname for the strategy

HI Alan,

There is a nick name for this and some like to call it the “live in Flip,” however the IRS likes to call it a home owner exemption as your capital gains are excluded up to 250/500k if you live in there for 2+ years.
