Finding Comp Info in Non-disclosure States

Hello, I am pretty new to investing. I currently have one rental in a town close to me, but am looking at investing in better areas. 

I live in Iowa so looking up information for comps is relatively easy, but as I started looking at properties in states like Missouri that are non-disclosure, I can't find that kind of information. 

Are there places I don't know about to find that information, or how should I go about getting comp information in this situation?
