Input on Mentorship Programs

Hi BiggerPockets community,

Just wanted to get some input on mentorship programs... is it worth it? I'm new to RE and need guidance but some of the programs I've looked into is quite expensive (specific to STRs). Any advice for a newbie would be much appreciated! Thanks all!
