New to investing and BP. Salt Lake City area

Hi I am new to BP and investing.  I live in the Salt Lake valley area.  I am interested in house hacking to get started or mid term and long term rentals in another market possibly.  I appreciate everyone here and their insights.  Look forward to getting to know some of you all.
