Building my team for Air Bnb

Dominic Holt
Posted

Hey everyone,

I am excited and about to close on a deal for an air bnb in the Portland area up toward Mt Hood.

I am looking to build my team and looking for connections and referrals for:

- A great Cleaner

- A great handyman

If you are in Portland and have any recommendations I’d love to hear them!

Congratulations on closing!

I agree with @January Johnson, try some other platforms that have reviews for you to go off of. Definitely have multiple handymen and cleaners on hand in case one is not responding, out of town, is too busy, etc.

These two trades are very hard to find, most investors don't share their handymen and cleaners because they want to ensure they have them for their own projects and that schedules don't conflict, etc. But you should definitely let us know if you find a way to source them! We all would love to hear your success story. Best of luck to you!
