Attorney Fee For Start Up

I am looking at choosing an attorney to form my real estate firm so to say. My partner and I are the only ones in it together and we want to get a professional attorney to form the legal business side of things, but I want to get a ballpark price I should be looking for. I know most attorneys charge by the hour, however, what price should we be looking for? This contains the LLC Formation, full entity registration with all taxing authorities, and drafting of all governance documents (operating agreement, etc.).
