Marketing Systems that have worked for you

Cliff Cole
Posted

Hello

I am a new investor and I am in the process of setting up a marketing system to find/contact motivated sellers on a consistant basis. I wanted to see what systems have worked best for experienced investors. Here are some of the marketing ideas that I think will work best.

Bandit Signs
Direct Mailings to expired listings, soon to expire, and preforeclosures
We Buy Houses add in local newspapers
Website (This has a form for sellers, buyers and renters that is stored in a database)
Flyers (where are some good spots to place theses?)
Business cards
Knocking on doors
Talking with Agents to send possible deals

Which of these have worked best for you? What am I missing here? I know there are probably better strategies to find motivated sellers?

Thanks for your opinions.
