Developing a 40 Site RV Park

I am developing a 40 Site RV Park and currently seeking capital for the build out. I have the land and the zoning approval to move forward. I need funding. If anyone has any ideas on how to raise capital for this please share. I am also seeking an Engineer an GC for this as well.
