New real estate investor looking for info in Chicago suburbs

Hey Everyone! I'm a new out of state real estate investor looking to purchase my first real estate rental property in the suburbs of Chicago. I have a few questions on managing and operating the rental from out of state.

1. Are there good property management companies you would recommend in the area?

2. Any good contractors you'd recommend to do simple fix jobs (e.g. Painting, Minor floor issue, etc..) before renting out the home, in this area?

Have learnt a lot from this community overall and excited to start out this journey.
