In search of off market

Hi all,

I am new to the Cleveland market. By new I mean that up until now I only managed to look at deals from the MLS.

I am trying to expand our searches, but beyond craigslist and some dormant Facebook groups I didn't manage to find anything.  

I will deeply appreciate any tips and/or pointers :)

I have been extremely fortunate to have bought several properties from neighbors. While doing maintanence on some new properties, I met the neighbors and after talking with them, they asked if I was interested in theirs. I said I was, and ended up buying 3 properties from neighbors.
