I went through the Ultimate Beginner Guide - Any recommendations on where I can get a real estate education?
Hey guys. I have an Internet Marketing background so I'm certainly not going to buy these over hyped products that show the pictures of Ferraris and mansions - been there done that. I'm just looking for an A-Z guide that can help me understand real estate lingo, and real estate in general. The podcasts here are great, but aren't necessarily ordered at all. I'd like a structured education that I can spend time on, and when finished, can have a general understanding of real estate terminology, processes, etc.
Thanks,
-Jason

Regarding terminology, I highly recommend Frank Gallinelli's book "What Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know About Cash Flow...And 36 other Key Financial Measures".
As stated above, focus your REI. Rentals? Rehabs? etc.
