Tulsa OK? Looking to buy MTR

Although ultimately I would like to grow into a smaller multi-family unit, I want to cut my investor teeth on a Medium Term rental and am looking at Tulsa OK.

I have been working on setting up a plan for furnishing (this part excites me!), and creating as many systems and processes as I can to automate management as much as possible.

For those who buy out of state, as I will be doing, do you visit ever to investigate the area or just when you furnish?

It is time for me to rip off the bandaid and take action.

Hey there! I’m local in Tulsa. I have represented investors who fly in to see the area, again for inspections, and for closing/furnishing in your case. I also have represented many investors who have never stepped foot in OK. It is truly whatever you’re comfortable with. If you have a great team, you can succeed either way! Best of luck!
