SB9 project/lot financing options
I am looking to purchase a lot and build a home for my family. From what I understand, it can be a pretty expensive proposition. Thankfully, I might be able to take advantage of the SB9 law that allows me to split the lot and unlock the value. I am looking for SB9 project financing options. Any leads or suggestions would be helpful.
