real estate partnerships
Hey everyone! I am trying to start my real estate journey and have been in talks with 3 friends about partnering up. The shares will be divided to 25% each. We plan on meeting in 2 weeks to discuss all terms before we all decide to jump in to these projects together. I'm open to any type of investments as long as it makes sense, (BRRR, fix and flip or STR) any advice on how to structure a partnership? Do we need an LLC? Lawyer? Is a loan in all 4 of our names recommended? Joint bank account? How will this affect taxes? Any advise will help thank!
