Raw land development

I am looking for people who are interested in developing raw land into homes. Depending on the size and required zoning density it could be either single family or multi family.
The land is raw and needs to be developed, with probably some geological engineering and wetland reports needed.
Ideally I'm looking for developers who want to develop raw land.

@Joshua Bennett Hi Joshua,

Any developer will need to address and solve a number of preliminary issues:

Do you own the property? If not, do you control it on terms and conditions that allow you the time to get it entitled? How many acres is it? What is its current zoning? If it needs to be annexed and or zoned, does what you want to do with it fit the permitting authorities long range master planning? Are wet and dry utilities available at the site? Do they have the capacity to service the planned project? Is there a market for what you plan to build and will its price points support the cost of the project along with a decent profit margin? Are you looking to sell the land or do a JV or contribute equity? In any event, what do you feel is your personal best case in seeing a project proceed?

Feel free to let me know if you need any help in vetting prospective developers and I will help you if I can.
