My First MultiFamily

Well everyone. I just closed on my first multi family. 2 years ago I was going to close on a single family owner finance deal, because that’s all that I could make happen “in my mind” until stuff hit the fan. Long story short if you make a goal and have a solid plan that you can follow. Any deal that you want to make work, can work. That simple. There’s always that one thing that is free and that’s education/ knowledge.
