Can I buy for Cash, differ financing to Cash Out & repeat?

Hello BP family,

Looking to scale quickly and obtain cash flow in a smaller market where homes are around $100k. I know the market and type of homes I would like to invest in as well as understand the infinite BRRRR concept [i.e. - market where homes are average $150k; acquisition and rehab should be no more than $100k; 70% LTV; repeat].

However, is there a repeatable way to purchase turnkey homes outright and get all money out through financing?

Given my above example, I would have to find turnkey homes at distressed property pricing.  Any other alternatives?
