Tax Lien property as an "off-market" property
Hey BP! I've been searching and trying to find a deal. I may have found my first deal by looking at tax liens. I don't really care to get into tax liens. So my question is, could I treat this tax lien property as an "off-market" deal and try to approach the owner with an offer? I wasn't sure if the lien on the property would make that illegal in some way. Thanks for any help and tips!

You will want to put it under contract and open title. Title will get all the lien information and what it takes to get a pay off
