How much do properties cash flow on average each month?

i was looking into it and i saw some sites say less then $100 a month profit is that true?

It's more important to determine how much cash flow you need to meet your goals. I have a single-family home that cashflows $150 a month, another that cashflows $1,000 a month, and a storage facility that cashflows $6,000 a month.
