Greetings from Colorado! I'm new to real estate investing, so I'm grateful for this forum as I get up to speed. What are your thoughts on foreclosures for a new investor. I know there are many complexities associated with this investing strategy, but I'm also wondering if this could be a viable option for someone like me. Thanks in advance for your advice.
