Building a Team for Large Multi-Families

Lee Lisemby
Posted

I'm looking to form a team for purchasing large multi-families. I am in the construction industry so I gravitate towards properties that need rehab.  I do have a broker and we have some off market deals we are evaluating.  I'm looking for financial, mortgage brokers, general advisors, and investors.  Thank you.
