getting prequalified with 3 investors
Hi all,
I am currently in a partnership with 2 other friends and we are looking into investing in a LTR together. We are interested in the Texas market. On another post, several BP colleagues recommended getting pre-qualified first. SInce there are 3 of us investing together, how would we go about doing this? Would all 3 of us have to get pre-qualified? I own a home and have a W2, second person has a W2 and does not own a home, third person is self employed and does not own a home. We were also considering using Tribevest. Has anyone had experience using this service and would you recommend? Thanks BP community!
