Did a walkthrough for two properties

So I’ve recently reviewed two properties one built in 1898 that is basically falling apart and another built in 38’ that hasn’t had very many updates since 03’. A really experienced contractor friend expects the older build to be demolished and wouldn’t go near the second property. 

RENO EXPECTED IS ABOUT $80K-$100K
