18 year old looking to get started in real estate

Hey guys, I am new to the Bigger Pockets page but have been listening to the podcasts for a while now. This is my first post on the website and I am hoping it goes well. I am 18 years old, in college with a part-time job. I am very interested in real estate and am wondering where to start. Should I House Hack, BRRRR, or start with a single family?
