Wholesalers in Cleveland Area

I am newer investor to the Cleveland Area. I am looking for MFH, 2-4 units. Vacant or occupied. Need to finance with lender. Please send me what you have. 

Duplex under 85,000 and Quad plex under 180,000. Willing to do light renovation, just not full renovation.
