Help me build my team

Hi Everyone,

I'm very much interested in starting off in real estate and I'll appreciate your recommendations for team members.

My preferred strategy to start with is multi-family buy and hold. My priority is to build equity but of course, I do want some positive cash flow as well.

I'm based in northeast Iowa and it makes sense for me to try local but I'm not locked in to that.
