Newbie Question - Vacating Property
Hello - new REI just getting started in Southeast WI!! I am wondering on a wholesale deal how would you handle a seller that can't vacate the property quickly? Do you add rent back to the contract? How do end buyers look at this?
Also looking for investor friendly title companies in Milwaukee/Waukesha/Ozaukee WI area.
Thanks for your time!

@Amy Lynn Wilke even if the seller is willing to pay rent you may get lower prices. Most cash buyers are using expensive money that the rent is probably not going to fully cover. Also, depending on the state it could be very difficult to get the tenant out if they decide not to pay rent or just decide they want to keep staying.
