Rental Property Tool - Deal Assessment Services
Howdy. I'm new to BiggerPockets, and signed up for the premium service because I only had 5 free tool assessments. I asked BiggerPockets customer support if they had a service (which I would gladly pay for) to assess my calculations to ensure I did it correctly and to tell me if the deal was good or not. There are a lot of variables and I just don't know or am certain that if my investment, loan, etc. adds up to a good deal. yes, I looked at the instructional videos, etc. but I'd prefer to pay an expert that does deals all the time.
Question: does anyone know of an expert that provides deal assessment services? I'm basically looking for someone to tell me "go" or "no-go."
