Hey guys! I’m really trying to read and watch everything I can on investing. Recently I have been analyzing (on paper) 3-5 properties a day just for practice. On Zillow, under more info, it states “Total Actual Rent.” Is the total actual rent the rent of each unit or is it the total rent combined for the two units. I live in NJ and I’m a analyzing in NJ, the property I’m currently running is ~500k with 13k taxes and it says total actual rent $2820. Basically my question is the total rent in this two family house 2820+2820 or is it 1410+1410?
