Industrial / Warehouse Commercial Landlords

Hey BP.  I own a few single families and am not looking to expand into industrial real estate.  Does anyone have experience as a landlord of warehouses?  What tools do you use to find tenants?  I'm starting my search near the airport and am looking for any help, experience, and past lessons learned anyone may have to share.
