Starting out with some roadblocks

Hello everyone! I’m very excited learning real estate. I’m very passionate about aesthetic and architecture plus interacting with people. I didn’t want to study architecture and learnt about flipping houses and remodeling long term rentals and got very excited about it. The issue here is that I live in Mexico and most of the methods are near impossible or illegal. I’d like to know any opinion or if you know someone here that knows something about it. My main job is acting and I studied translation for a year if that helps with anything. Have a great week!
